O X Curso de Educação Continuada em Cirurgia Pediátrica CIPERJ/CREMERJ ocorreu nesta sexta-feira, dia 4, no auditório do Hospital Municipal Alcides Carneiro, em Petrópolis, Região Serrana do Rio de Janeiro. O evento contou com cerca de cem pessoas dentre médicos de diversas especialidades, pós-graduandos e estudantes de Medicina.
O curso teve início com o Dr. Marco Daiha, secretário da CIPERJ e coordenador do evento, dando às boas vindas aos presentes, passando o que esperava da manhã de atividades científicas e agradecendo aos diretores e coordenadores do hospital, pois sem a colaboração deles não seria viável a realização do curso. Em seguida, foi a vez do Dr. Jorge Wanderley Gabrich, conselheiro do CREMERJ e Coordenador da Seccional de Petrópolis do CREMERJ, falar um pouco da relevância de tais atividades científicas na cidade e especificamente a importância da Cirurgia Pediátrica. Ronye Faraco, diretora administrativa, e o Dr. Álvaro José Veiga, chefe do serviço de Pediatria, representaram o hospital e demonstraram a alegria e a importância da realização do curso no local, mostrando a vocação do mesmo para formação de novos médicos.
O curso teve então sequência com o primeiro módulo de palestras que contou com apresentações sobre Tratamento do empiema: Fibrinolítico x Toracoscopia, com a Dra. Raquel Lameira Bernardo da Paz, Patologias Cirúrgicas do Canal Inguinal, com o Dr. Vinicius Alves Pinto, e Apendicite: ainda se opera?, com o Dr. André Lima da Cunha.
Após um breve debate dos presentes com os três palestrantes e um intervalo para o café, foi a vez do segundo módulo, Mesa sobre Refluxo Vesicoureteral, que teve apresentações sobre Aspectos clínicos do Tratamento do Refluxo Vesicoureteral, com a Dra. Marcia de Sá Fortes Gullino de Faria, Aspectos radiológicos do Refluxo Vesicoureteral, com a Dra. Renata do Amaral Nogueira, e Aspectos cirúrgicos em Refluxo Vesicoureteral, com a Dra. Patrícia Mortimer Ferraz.
Encerrando o evento houve um debate dos três últimos palestrantes com os presentes.
A diretoria da CIPERJ aproveita para agradecer a equipe do Hospital Municipal Alcides Carneiro pela oportunidade de realizar o Curso de Educação Continuada no local e também ao CREMERJ pela parceria nesses eventos.
O XI Curso de Educação Continuada em Cirurgia Pediátrica CIPERJ/CREMERJ será realizado em setembro, em Macaé, dando continuidade a política da CIPERJ de levar estes cursos a outros municípios fora da capital fluminense.
